Thomas J. Healey (born September 14, 1942) is an American businessman and educator. He was a partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co.,〔http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2011/05/16/the-goldman-sachs-diaspora/?_r=0〕 and is Senior Fellow at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He served in the 1980s as Assistant Secretary of the United States Treasury and in the 1990s on the U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration Advisory Council Working Group on the Impact of Alternative Tax Proposals on ERISA Employer-Sponsored Plans. ==Early life and education== Healey was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 14, 1942. Healey graduated from Georgetown University in 1964, followed by a MBA from Harvard University in 1966.
